NOTICE OF HEARING FOR RAYMOND O'BRIEN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Raymond O'Brien will be heard before the Land Use Board of the Township of Blairstown regarding the property known as Block 1101, Lot 6, located at 16 Sunset Hill Road, Blairstown Township, Warren County, New Jersey. The property is located in the "R-5" Zone District. The Applicant is seeking amended use variance relief to allow immediate family members to occupy an existing detached dwelling unit on the property. The Board previously approved the unit only for occupancy by the Applicant's parents if they were 55 years or older. The Applicant may also apply for such variances, waivers or interpretations of law or fact as may be required upon analysis and testimony regarding the plans at the public hearing. This application is now on the calendar for the Blairstown Township Land Use Board and a public hearing has been set for August 17, 2026 at the Blairstown Township Municipal Building, 106 Route 94, Blairstown, New Jersey at 7:30 P.M. When the case is called, you may appear either in person or by attorney to present any evidence, which you may have regarding the application. The matter will be heard on the above date or any adjourned date designed by the Land Use Board at this public meeting without additional notice. The maps, plans, plats and application for which approval is being sought are on file with the Land Use Administrator and are available for inspection at the Municipal Building during normal business hours. This notice is provided pursuant to the rules of procedure of the Blairstown Township Land Use Board.
