NOTICE OF HEARING
Land Use Board of the Township of Hardyston
TAKE NOTICE that Wits End Associates, LLC has made an application to the Township of Hardyston Land Use Board for amended preliminary and final site plan approval to construct a self-storage building containing 22,218 square feet in the B-1 Neighborhood Business District. The property is located at 3331 Route 94 and is identified as Lots 2.01 and 2.02, Block 67.17. Also requested are the following variances: 'd.1' use variance for a nonpermitted self-storage use in the B-1 District and a 'c.2' bulk variance for a building height of 32.36' exceeding the allowable building height of 30'. Previously approved variances include: a setback for an accessory use, trash enclosure 0' from a side property line where 10' is required and a parking space of 162 square feet, where 180 square feet is required.
The Applicant may also seek other variances, permits, and waivers as the Board may require during the course of the hearing on this application. The Application Number is LB-6-26-2, which is now scheduled for a hearing on July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 149 Wheatsworth Road, Hardyston, N.J. All documents relating to this application are on file in the Land Use Office, located at 149 Wheatsworth Road, Hardyston, N.J. for inspection during regular business hours. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate in accordance with the rules of the Land Use Board.
