NOTICE OF HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC WAY BEFORE THE TIPPECANOE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners of Tippecanoe County, Indiana will hold a public hearing on the Petition of Anne F. Lumley to vacate a portion of a public way described as follows: A) A portion of an unimproved street (Mulberry Street) located south of a vacated portion of Pearl Streert to the petitioner's south property line (approximately 256'). The street being platted as 60' in width. B) Also, a portion of an unimproved street (Pearl Street) located east of a vacated portion of Mulberry Street to the petitioner's east property line (approximately 264'). The street being platted as 60' in width. C) Also, an alley that runs east and west adjacent to Lots 6 and 11 to the north and Lots 10 and 7 to the south (approximately 264'). The alley is platted as 12' in width. All the above are in Middleton Koons Addition in the Town of West Point.
