NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET AND 2025 BUDGET AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed budgets for the ensuing year of 2026 have been submitted to the Fisher Farm Metropolitan District Nos. 1-4 ("District"). Such proposed budgets will be considered at a meeting and public hearing of the Boards of Directors of the Districts to be held at 9:00 a.m. on November 11, 2025 at 212 N. Wahsatch Ave., Ste. 301, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 and via Zoom. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that amendments to the 2025 budgets of the Districts may also be considered at the above-referenced meeting and public hearing of the Boards of Directors of the Districts. Copies of the proposed 2026 budgets and the amended 2025 budgets, if required, are available for public inspection at the offices of CliftonLarsenAllenLLP, 8390 E. Crescent Pkwy., Ste. 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. Any interested elector within the Districts may, at any time prior to final adoption of the 2026 budgets and the amended 2025 budgets, if required, file or register any objections thereto.
