Notice is given that on October 27, 2025, Thomas L. Cravens and Jeffrey E. Cravens, as personal representatives of the estate of James R. Mitz, filed a petition for the sale of the following described real estate, to-wit:
All of Lot Thirty-nine (39) and the East Ten (10) feet of Lot Thirty-eight (38) in Meridian Subdivision, an addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book O, page 113, in the office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
On the 27th day of October, 2025, the Court entered an order fixing the 13th day of November, 2025, at 8:40 a.m., as the time for hearing on the petition, to be held in the Vanderburgh Superior Court in the Vanderburgh County Courthouse in Evansville, Indiana.
All persons claiming or having any interest in the estate, or any part thereof, as an heir or devisee or through an heir or devisee of the decedent and all unknown heirs and devisees of the decedent are required to appear in this Court on or before the date and make proof of their heirship or claim in the real estate. The Court will enter a decree authorizing the sale of the real estate by the Personal Representatives if no objections are filed to the petition.
