SIRCOULOMB, DECEASED CASE NO. PB-2026-22 Tony Smith, Personal Representative of the Estate of Joe W. Sircoulomb, having filed herein his Petition for an Order authorizing and directing him to carry out a contract alleged to have been executed by said Joe W. Sircoulomb, prior to his death, which contract is for conveyance of the following described real property, to-wit: THE SOUTH 500 FEET OF THE WEST 871.2 FEET OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S/2 NW/4 SW/4) OF SECTION TWENTY (20) IN TOWNSHIP TWENTY-FOUR (24) NORTH OF RANGE THIRTEEN (13) EAST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, RAMONA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OKLAHOMA It is Ordered that said Petition be hereby set for hearing on the 13th day of April, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., before this Court in the Courthouse in Bartlesville, Washington County, State of Oklahoma, at which time all persons interested in said Estate are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an Order should not be granted and this Court authorizing and directing Tony Smith, Personal Representative of the Estate of Joe W.
