PB-24-1432 NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AND HEARING TO DETERMINE HEIRS Notice is hereby given that Brian Colin Rayner, Administrator of the Estate of Robert Francis Rayner Deceased, has made Return to this Court of, and presented for confirmation, sale made by him as the Personal Representative of the Estate to Trice Properties LLC for the sum of $152,000.00 dollars cash, under the authority granted to him by the District of Court of Oklahoma County, of the real property situated in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma legally described as follows, to-wit: Lot one (1) in block ten (10) of Summit Place I, an addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, recorded in Book 7661, Page 1137, of the Oklahoma County Clerk's office, a/k/a 7400 Roxboro Dr, Oklahoma City, OK, 73612. which return is on file herein, and Notice is further hereby given that Brian Colin Rayner, Administrator of the Estate of Robert Francis Rayner Deceased, has made a Petition to Determine the Heirs of Robert Francis Rayner, and that the 22nd day of April 2026 at 1:30pm before the Honorable Judge Martha Oakes in the Oklahoma County District Court in the Oklahoma County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, has been appointed for hearing such return and the determination of heirs, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
