NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clive City Council will meet at the Clive City Hall, 1900 NW 114th Street, Clive, IA 50325 on September 25th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. for a public hearing on the form of contract, estimated total cost, bid results, and award recommendations of the following public improvement. Clive City Hall Renovation- Phase 2 – Interior remodel of an existing split level 26.890 SF City Hall facility. New reception areas, offices, work rooms and conference rooms will be modified. New finishes, room layout, security measures, and MEPT systems will be included in the scope of this work. All existing space uses, occupancy and egress will be maintained. Drawings and Specifications prepared by OPN Architects dated July 3, 2025.
