NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the guardianship of the above minor children, that on the 25th day of September, 2025, Christopher Marks, Petitioner, filed his Petition for Temporary Emergency Substitution of Guardianship and Petition to Replace Guardian and for Appointment as Guardian, praying that Letters of Guardianship be issued thereon to him. Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of October, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. of said day, has been the appointed as the time for hearing on said Petitions at the District Courthouse in the City of Pawhuska, County of Osage, State of Oklahoma, when and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
