NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Middletown for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance so as to construct an addition to an existing single family residence. This will require the following variances: 540-902(C): Minimum Side Yard Setback: 12 feet required, 4.9 feet existing, 4.9 feet proposed; 540-902(C): Maximum Lot Coverage: 25% permitted, 36.8% existing, 36.8% proposed; and any and all variances necessary to accommodate the application as filed or as revised by the Zoning Board of Adjustment, for premises located at: 372 Navesink Ave., Atlantic Highlands, NJ; Also known as Block 746, Lot 137 on the tax map.
A copy of the application has been filed in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be inspected during regular business hours at the Planning Office, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, NJ 07748. A public hearing will be held on Monday evening, the 27th day of October, 2025 at 7:00 PM in Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to granting this application.
