This will require the following variances: 540-902(C): Minimum Side Yard Setback: 12 feet required, 4.9 feet existing, 4.9 feet proposed; 540-902(C): Maximum Lot Coverage: 25% permitted, 36.8% existing, 36.8% proposed; and any and all variances necessary to accommodate the application as filed or as revised by the Zoning Board of Adjustment, for premises located at: 372 Navesink Ave., Atlantic Highlands, NJ; Also known as Block 746, Lot 137 on the tax map. A copy of the application has been filed in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be inspected during regular business hours at the Planning Office, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, NJ 07748.
