NOTICE OF HEARING ORADELL PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 21st day of October, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. a hearing will be held before the Borough of Oradell Planning Board at the Borough Hall, 355 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell, New Jersey on the application of the Borough of Oradell for minor subdivision and variances for lot width and side yard setback, together with any additional variances, waivers or exceptions which may become evident during the hearing process, on the premises located at 644 Center Street and designed as Block 407, Lot 4 on the Borough of Oradell Tax Map. Plans will be on file in the office of the Construction Official and available for inspection from Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Any interested party may appear at said hearing date and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Oradell Planning Board.
