On November 3, 2025, at 2:30PM, via Zoom, a hearing will be held on the petition to accept the release of parental rights made under the Safe Delivery of Newborns Act (MCL 712.1-MCL 712.20) and will terminate your parental rights. The law provides that you should be notified of this hearing by publication only. You will not receive personal service.
