NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Newark City Council shall at a later date to be determined and announced hereafter, take action upon Ordinance No.25-41. Said ordinance accepts a proposed amendment to the Zoning Map attached to Ordinance 08-33 (A) which would allow the change of zoning classification of certain real property generally described as 165 South 3rd Street, CITY OF NEWARK, LICKING COUNTY, OHIO, PARCEL TAX ID #054-215808-00.000. The amendment would change the zoning of the property from LB, Limited Intensity Business zoning district to TFR, Two-Family Residence zoning district, Zoning Code of the City of Newark, Ohio.Notice is hereby given that the Newark City Council shall at a later date to be determined and announced hereafter, take action upon Ordinance No.25-42. Said ordinance accepts a proposed amendment to the Zoning Map attached to Ordinance 08-33 (A) which would allow the change of zoning classification of certain real property generally DESCRIBED AS 200 Day Avenue, CITY OF NEWARK, LICKING COUNTY, OHIO, PARCEL TAX ID #054-242886-00.000 and 024-233454-00.000.
