NOTICE OF HEARING
HAMILTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a written application has been filed by the undersigned on behalf of Royal Highness Dispensary, L.L.C. ("Applicant") with the Hamilton Township Planning Board for Amended Minor Site Plan and Conditional Use approval to add a drive thru to the existing cannabis retail dispensary (Class 5 Cannabis Business operations). The existing cell tower facility is to remain. The Property is located within the Highway Commercial District (HC).
In accordance with the Site Specific Redevelopment Plan for Block 42, Lot 3, 7685 Black Horse Pike, Township of Hamilton, Atlantic County, State of New Jersey dated October 2025, a Class 5 adult use recreational cannabis retailer with drive-through service is a permitted conditional use at the Property.
The Applicant received minor site plan approval, conditional use approval, variance and waiver approval as to allow the development of a cannabis retail dispensary (Class 5 Cannabis Business operations) on July 20, 2023, which was memorialized in Decision and Resolution Number RD23-01PB. Although the Applicant believes there is no variance relief associated with this Application, Applicant will request any other variances, deviations, waivers, interpretations, or development approvals as may be required for the above-referenced proposal.
The Property is known and identified as 7685 Black Horse Pike and designated as Block 42, Lot 3 on the official tax map of the Township of Hamilton (the "Property").
A public hearing in this matter has been scheduled before the Hamilton Township Planning Board on March, 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at 6101 Thirteenth Street, Mays Landing, New Jersey 08330.
You may appear in person, by agent or attorney and present any testimony that you may have relevant to the granting of this application. Copies of the application, plans, supporting documentation, and reports are on file with the Secretary of the Hamilton Township Planning Board and may be reviewed during normal business hours at 6101 Thirteenth Street, Mays Landing, New Jersey 08330.
This notice is given in compliance with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of Hamilton Township and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12.
