NOTICE OF HEARING IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF WASHOE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ann M. Nordby, CPA, CTFA (the "Petitioner") has filed a Petition for Probate Of Will, for Issuance Of Letters Testamentary, And for Authorization To Administer The Estate Under The Independent Administration Of Estates Act With Full Authority, and has set the matter for hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Probate Division of the Second Judicial District Court, 75 Court Street, Reno, Nevada 89501. The matter may be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
