NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Newark City Council shall at a later date to be determined and announced hereafter, take action upon Ordinance No.26-04. Said ordinance accepts a proposed amendment to the Zoning Map attached to Ordinance 08-33 (A) which would allow the change of zoning classification of certain real property generally described as 1509 Ditmoor Stroll, A PROPERTY CURRENTLY BEING ANNEXED FROM NEWARK TOWNSHIP TO THE CITY OF NEWARK, LICKING COUNTY, OHIO, PARCEL TAX ID #058-291228-00.000.
