NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Christopher Day has filed in this Court, Case No. PR26-00243, the Petition for Probate for Summary Administration, Independent Administration and for Letters of Administration regarding the Estate of Joseph Wesley Margolis. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice of have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. A hearing on the Petition has been set for the 29th day of April 2026 at the hour of 10:00a.m. in the Probate Court, which is located at the Washoe County Courthouse, Reno, Nevada. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
