NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the City of Linden Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned Applicant with the City of Linden Planning Board for amended minor subdivision approval, together with any and all variances, waivers or related relief the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion, and without further public notice, in order to adjust the lot line between the properties shown as Lots 8.01 and 8.02 in Block 587 on the Official Tax Map of the City of Linden, commonly known as 4900 Tremley Point Road, Linden, New Jersey, which property is located in the HI Heavy Industrial Zone and the 4900 Tremley Point Road Redevelopment Area, and which amended subdivision modifies a prior minor subdivision approval granted under Application No. SP 1125 20 as memorialized by a Resolution adopted by the Planning Board on October 13, 2020, with no new development, variances, waivers, or design changes proposed as part of this application and all conditions of the prior approval remaining in full force and effect.
Public hearing on the above-mentioned application for amended minor subdivision approval has been scheduled for April 14, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building, City of Linden, 301 N. Wood Avenue, Linden, New Jersey 07036, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during regular business hours in the office of the Planning Board located at the City of Linden Municipal Building, 301 N. Wood Avenue, Linden, New Jersey 07036. Please take further notice that the Board may, in its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue said hearing from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board's office concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
