NOTICE OF HEARING In the Matter of the Estates of: ROY PAT PARKER and SHARON LEE PARKER, Deceased, Case No. 24-PT-1153, Dept. 1, Third Judicial District Court, Lyon County, Nevada NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Administrator MICHAEL PARKER has filed in this Court a Petition for Confirmation of Sale of Real Property and has set the matter for hearing on MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the Courthouse located at 911 Harvey Way, 2nd Floor, Yerington, Nevada 89447. The Petition concerns the sale of real property known as and located at 227 Chaparral Drive, Smith, Lyon County, Nevada APN: 009-152-04, more particularly described as: Lot 5 in Block F as shown on the Final Map of SIERRA DESERT VIEW ESTATES PHASE 2A, recorded in the Official Records of Lyon County, Nevada, on September 13, 1998 as Document No. 223223. The Petition seeks Court confirmation of the private sale of the real property for the purchase price of $575,000.00. NRS 148.270(1), (2) provide that, at the hearing, the Court shall consider the necessity for the sale, or the advantage, benefit and interest of the estate in having the sale made, and must examine the return and the evidence in relation to the sale. If a written offer of 5 percent or $5,000 more in amount than that named in the return is made to the court by a responsible person, as provided in NRS 148.270(2), and the bid complies with all provisions of the law, the Court may accept the offer and confirm the sale to that person, order a new sale or conduct a public auction in open court. All persons interested in the estate and/or seeking to bid on the real property are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
