NOTICE OF HEARING
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT ARCR Home Builders LLC ("Applicant"), seeks minor subdivision and bulk variance relief to construct a 1,283 SF single family residential dwelling on the property located at 15 Indiana Avenue, also identified as Block 11704, Lot 6, Gloucester Township, New Jersey (the "Property"). Applicant is the purchaser under contract of the Property. The Property is located in the R-3 Residential zoning district where a single family residential dwelling is permitted.
Applicant seeks bulk variance relief for: (a) lot size where 9,375 SF is required and 7,500 is existing non-conforming / proposed; and (b) lot frontage where 75 ft. is required and 50 ft. is existing non-conforming / proposed.
Applicant also requests any variances, waivers, exceptions or other relief that the Gloucester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment deems necessary and/or appropriate.
Any person interested in the application will be given an opportunity to be heard at a public hearing of the Gloucester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at 1261 Chews Landing-Clementon Road, Laurel Springs, New Jersey 08021. At such time, you may appear and present any comments with respect to the application. The application and all documents related to the proposed project are available for public inspection prior to the public hearing Monday through Thursday, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) at the Community Development Office at at 1261 Chews Landing-Clementon Road, Laurel Springs, New Jersey.
This Notice is being published in accordance with Municipal Land Use Law.
