NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT ___Mr. and Mrs. Vanderbeck________ has applied to the Montville Township BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT for the following: 'C' variance relief is requested for the dwelling's existing rear yard setback, which was built closer to the rear lot line than previously approved, and for the proposed second-story additions, which are proposed to match the existing nonconforming rear yard setback of the first floor below. In addition, the applicants are seeking to amend a condition of the prior approval which required the removal of an existing storage shed; if said request is approved, additional 'c' variance relief will be required to maintain the shed at a deficient rear yard setback. And any other variances and/or waivers that may be required, on the premises located at 21 Morris Ave Block 49 Lot 9 on the tax map of the Township of Montville.
