NOTICE OF HEARING Take notice that at 6:00 p.m. on the 6th day of August, 2026, a hearing will be heard before the Southampton Township Land Development Board at the Municipal Building located at 5 Retreat Road, Southampton, NJ 08088 on the appeal or application of the undersigned to permit the following: Applicant seeks use variance approval for the storage of school buses and related vehicles on site. The property is located in the Highway Commercial District. Applicant also requests any and all other variances which the board or their professionals may deem necessary upon their further review of the application and plans for the premises located at 111 Route 530 on the Tax Map of Southampton Township known as Block 507, Lots 19, 20 and 20.01 of the Township of Southampton located in the HC District. The application, maps and supporting documents are on file in the office of the Township of Southampton Land Development Office, and are available for review during normal working hours, 10 days prior to the meeting by appointment only.
