NOTICE OF HEARING TOWNSHIP OF JEFFERSON Please take notice that on the twenty-sixth day of January 2026, at 7:00 P.M., a hearing will be held for the Jefferson Township Land Use Board at the Municipal Building at 1033 Weldon Road, Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey for variance approval so as to permit Kristin and Michael Ruggiero on the premises located at 3 Whispering Pine Way, Oak Ridge and designated as Block 473.01 Lot 2 on the Jefferson Township Tax Map. The applicant may also apply for such variance relief, exceptions, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the applicant of the Board, and which may arise during the course of the hearing process.
