NOTICE OF HEARING -ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - BOROUGH OF OAKLAND PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Oakland Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing at the Oakland Court/Council Chambers, 10 Lawlor Drive, Oakland, New Jersey on March 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the application of Jeffrey and Marianna Pammer of 98 Minnehaha Blvd. Oakland NJ 07436, block 5201, lot 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Borough of Oakland and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-l2, notice is hereby given that the aforementioned applicants have filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Oakland seeking variances/relief from the provisions of the Borough Code to install a new HVAC system. Section of Code from which relief is sought: Ch. 59, Sect. 59-47, Schedule A PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE: that the applicant shall also request any additional relief from any other requirements which may arise as a result of or during the course of the hearings.
