NOTICE OF HEARING
Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Millburn, New Jersey
Take notice that Kevin Qian and Annie Cheng have made an application to the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment in connection with the alternation of a residential structure on property in Millburn Township, located at 738 Ridgewood Rd, Millburn, NJ, Block 402, Lot 41, which requires the following bulk variance / use variance relief:
NATURE OF THE VARIANCES OR APPROVALS SOUGHT:
1) Combined side yard setback 606.2e1f: build addition to existing non-conforming structure
2) Floor Area Ratio 606.2e2d: expand FAR from 26.3% to 39.6%, above max allowed 36%
The Applicant may also seek other variances and waivers as the need may arise during the course of the hearing on this Application. The matter is now Cal#4066-25 on the Secretary's calendar, which is scheduled for a hearing on 2/2/26 at 7:00 P.M. in Millburn Board of Education, Education Center, 434 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ. All documents relating to this application are on file in the office of the Secretary of the Board daily between the hours of 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday at the temporary Town Hall location of 22 E. Willow Street, Millburn. Documents can also be viewed on the Township website Zoning Board page (https://twp.millburn.nj.us). Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
