Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988, 15 Pa.C.S. § 5101 et seq., for a nonprofit corporation organized under the name RECON FOUNDATION.
The purpose of the corporation is to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, specifically to provide outdoor education programs and instruction in land navigation, mountaineering, camping, wilderness survival skills, backpacking, whitewater rafting, and related outdoor activities; to promote physical fitness, self-reliance, environmental stewardship, and character development through outdoor experiences.
