NOTICE OF INDEPENDENT MAIL BALLOT ELECTIONS NOTICE OF INDEPENDENT MAIL BALLOT ELECTIONS §1-13.5-502(1)-(2), C.R.S. §1-13.5-1105(2)(d). C.R.S. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and, particularly, to the electors of the Rudolph Farms Metropolitan District Nos. 1 - 6 (the "Districts") Larimer County, State of Colorado. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that independent elections by mail ballot will be held by the Districts on November 4th, 2025. Hours and Location the polls will be open on ELECTION DAY: Location: Community Resource Services of Colorado, LLC 7995 E. Prentice Ave, Suite 100 Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Hours: 7:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M. Mail Ballots will be mailed to the eligible electors of the Districts between Monday, October 13th, 2025, and Monday, October 20th, 2025. The mail ballot drop-off location for each election and the hours during which the drop-off location will be open. Location: Community Resource Services of Colorado, LLC 7995 E. Prentice Ave, Suite 100 Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Hours: 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. on weekdays until November 3rd and; 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on November 4th, 2025 Ballot Issue certified by each of the Districts: Waiver of the 5.25% property tax limit for all future property tax years.
