To evaluate the release, a Phase I Initial Site Investigation was performed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0480. As a result of this investigation, the site has been classified as Tier I pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0500. On May 12, 2026, Laurence Pizer, filed a Tier I Classification Submittal with the Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
