To evaluate the release, a Phase I Initial Site Investigation was performed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0480. As a result of this investigation, the site has been classified as Tier II pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0500. On May 29, 2026 61-63 Main St, LLC, filed a Tier II Classification Submittal with the Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
