NOTICE OF INTENT - CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH Oz Realty (Blue Heron Logistics Center Florida) Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership ("Petitioner"), owns the industrial building located at 1177 W. Blue Heron Boulevard B102 (Parcel No. 56-43-42-29-56-000-0020). The Petitioner's property is adjacent to a parking parcel owned by the City of Riviera Beach ("Petition Parcel"). The Petition Parcel is identified by the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser's Website as Parcel No. 56-43-42-29-26-003-0020. It is the intention of the Petitioner to file a request pursuant to Section 29-66(d) of the City of Riviera Beach's Code of Ordinances for the abandonment of any rights the City of Riviera Beach has in and to the Petition Parcel and for the Petitioner obtain from the City by deed fee simple interest in the Petition Parcel for compensation to the City calculated in accordance with 29-66(d)(4) of the City of Riviera Beach Code of Ordinances.
