NOTICE OF INTENT Private Personnel Service Pursuant to authority given by Article 5A, Section 95-47.2 of the General Statutes of North Carolina to the Commissioner of Labor, Notice is hereby given that: Thomas David Minowicz of 407 West Warren Street, Shelby, NC 28150. have applied for a license to operate a private personnel service located in the city of Fayetteville, North Carolina to be known as HELPING HANDS NURSING SERVICE OF SHELBY, NC, INC. DBA HELPING HANDS NURSING SERVICE Any person or persons who wish to protest the issuance of this license should notify the Commissioner of Labor, 1101 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1101, in writing within ten days from the date of this notice. The written protest must be signed by the person filing the protest or by his authorized agent or attorney. The protest must state reasons why the license should not be granted.
