NOTICE OF INTENT Rinker Materials,6662 West 350 North, Greenfield,Indiana 46140is submitting renewal NOI letters for our facilities located at (1) 6662 West 350 North, Greemfield, Indiana 46140, (2) 1501 South Holt Road,Indianapolis, Indiana 46241, and (3) 4360 White Lick Drive, Whitestown, Indiana 46075 to notify the Indiana Department of Enviormental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities.Run off from the Greenfield facility will discharge to retention pond east of facility.Run off from the Indianapolis facility will discharge into a retention on the subject property.
