NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE The Honesdale Borough Council intends to adopt an Ordinance at its regularly scheduled public meeting at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania. The proposed Ordinance amends the Code of the Borough of Honesdale, Chapter 163, Residential Rental Registration, requiring the scheduling of biennial inspections of and for any and all units licensed and authorized under the Residential Rental Registration Ordinance.
