NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR LIQUOR LICENSE Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intends to apply to the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission for an On Premise Beer & Wine license at Chester's Pool Hall & Grill located at 4227 N Meridian Ave. Oklahoma City, OK in Oklahoma County. The business will be operated by The Magic Room LLC dba Chester's Pool Hall & Grill. The application will be made to the ABLE Commission of Oklahoma, in accordance with provisions of Title 37A of the Oklahoma Statutes. Any person, association, corporation, or entity objecting to the granting of this application may file their objection with the ABLE Commission in writing within thirty (30) days of this notice.
