NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the City of Burlington Board of Education, in theCounty of Burlington, State of New Jersey, intends to award contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement awarded to Gerflor USA; DBANorthEastern Hardwood Floors, Sourcewell agreement #031022-GER, with a maturity date of 05/26/2026, for the Sand & Refinish: 8,000 total sq. ft.gym at Wilbur Watts Intermediate School. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Sourcewell website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/. The City of Burlington Board of Education anticipates joining the Gerflor/ NorthEastern contract in January of 2026. The Gerflor contract term is May 27, 2022 through May 26, 2026. It is the intent of the City of Burlington Board of Education to make a contract award to Gerlfor/NorthEastern Hardwood Floors pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell request for proposals. The City of Burlington is permitted to join national cooperative agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
