NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT Notice of intent to award contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for One (1) Vactor Impact-PD, 15" Vacuum, 3 Yd. Debris Combo with 500 Gallon Water Capacity Mounted on 2026 Freightliner M2 106 Cab & Chassis through Sourcewell Contract #101221-VTR. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township Purchasing office located at 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, NJ 08004 during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell Cooperative at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/ The Township of Waterford joined the Sourcewell Cooperative (formerly NJPA) on November 13, 2024 through Resolution 2024-278. The Sourcewell Cooperative contract expiration for #101221-VTR is November 29, 2026. It is the intent of the Township Qualified Purchasing Agent to recommend to the Township of Waterford governing body to make a contract award to Granturk Equipment Co. Inc., One Schuylkill Parkway building b, Bridgeport, PA 19405-1069 The Township of Waterford is permitted to join Sourcewell National Cooperative under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
