NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSTRUCT SOLAR ENERGY FACILITY – SILVER MAPLE SOLAR FARM PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Silver Maple PV, LLC is planning to apply to the Michigan Public Service Commission for approval to develop, construct, own, and operate an approximately 200megawatt Solar Energy Facility located in Jamestown Charter Township and Zeeland Charter Township, Ottawa County ("Project"). Silver Maple PV, LLC will hold a public meeting to consider public comment on its site plan for the Project as follows: March 17, 2026 6:00 P.M. Evergreen Ministries 4512 48th Avenue Hudsonville, MI 49426 An electronic copy of the site plan for the Project is available at https://www.swcavirtualpublicinvolvement.com/silver-maple-solar. All aspects of the Project are open for discussion at the public meeting and all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
