NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSTRUCT SOLAR ENERGY FACILITY – WALKER ROAD SOLAR FARM PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Walker Road Solar Farm LLC is planning to apply to the Michigan Public Service Commission for approval to develop, construct, own, and operate an approximately 150-megawatt Solar Energy Facility located in Bingham Township, Clinton County ("Project"). Walker Road Solar Farm LLC will hold a public meeting to consider public comment on its site plan for the Project as follows: December 17, 2025 6:00 P.M. Bingham Township Hall 2057 North Lansing Street, St. Johns, MI 48879 An electronic copy of the site plan for the Project is available at https://www.swcavirtualpublicinvolvement.com/walker-road-solar. All aspects of the Project are open for discussion at the public meeting and all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
