NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRUCT ON LANDSLIDE HAZARD AREA Notice is hereby given that the City of Bainbridge Island Planning & Community Development has received a Notice of Intent for the following development proposal: Project Name: Rockaway Beach Rd Electric Maintenance Project Project Number: PLN53132 Site Location: 7850 Rockaway Beach Rd NE Parcel No: 36250230022005 Project Description: Project will remove one PSE utility pole and reroute the existing line to the adjacent pole and new handhole. A secondary riser will be added to the existing pole next to the proposed handhole. Brush clearing will occur to access the pole, trench, and install the new handhole.
