NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISSOLVE Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 14-2-1408, notice is hereby given that DR. STEVEN K. KNITTEL, P.C., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, with its registered office located at 3998 Belair Road, Augusta, GA 30909, has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Georgia and intends to dissolve. Any persons with claims against the corporation must present them in accordance with O.C.G.A. 14-2-1407.
