NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE County of Franklin, Pennsylvania intends to file on July 31, 2026 an Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for Letterkenny Industrial Development Authority, a municipal authority, said Authority having a registered office at 4759 Innovation Way, Chambersburg, PA 17201, to amend the number of members of the Board of the Authority.
