NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE MAINE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION Catch Water LLC d/b/a The Fisherman's Catch gives notice of its intent to file an application for an Individual Natural Resources Protection Act (NRPA) Permit with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The application is for the installation of six small, open-air, seasonal gazebos supported by helical piles within an existing, town-approved outdoor dining area at 134 Harbor Road, Wells, Maine. The project includes four dining gazebos and two small food-preparation gazebos. No excavation, concrete foundations, utilities, or vegetation removal are proposed. A request for a public hearing may be made in writing to the Department within 20 days of this notice. The request must state the nature of the issues to be raised at the hearing. A copy of the application may be seen at the municipal office in Wells, Maine, or at the DEP office in Augusta during normal working hours.
