NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE QUESTION OF THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH OMBMH, LLC, REGARDING THE PROJECT LOCATED IN MOUNT HOLLY AT 725 ELM STREET IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF NCGS 158-7.1 The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Mount Holly intends at its regular Council meeting at 6:30 PM on the 22nd of September, 2025, at the Mount Holly Municipal Complex, 400 E. Central Avenue, Mount Holly, NC, 28120, to hold a public hearing on the question of approving a fourth amendment to the development agreement with OMBMH, LLC, regarding the economic development project located at 725 Elm Street, under the economic development provisions of NC General Statute Section 158-7.1.
