NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY INTEREST NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Stockton City Council action regarding the leasing of real property owned by the City of Stockton, the City now intends to lease property as follows: The use of Adventist Health Arena, located at 248 W. Fremont St., Stockton, CA 95203, to Parker Moskal, Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL)/ Stockton Pro Hockey LLC, to host league games for a three (3) year term with an additional (2) year extension available upon agreement of both parties. Anyone wishing to respond to the above matter may file a written opinion with the City Clerk, City Hall, 501 W. Weber Ave. Bldg. 1- 1st Floor, within 10 days from the date of this publication.
