NOTICE OF INTENT TO REMEDIATE Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that Nellie Healy has submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate for a site located at 1535 Keystone Drive, Hatfield, Bucks County. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the site is a residential property owned by Nellie Healy and is suspected to be contaminated with petroleum and metal compounds, which have impacted soil at the site. Ms. Healy has selected the Statewide Health Standard and has indicated that the proposed remediation measures will include excavation and disposal of contaminated soils.
