Box 8032, Athens, Georgia 30603, will be delivered to the Georgia Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. Any persons with claims against THE LEGACY OF STIPE FOUNDATION, INC. may submit such claims to: Hunt Revell, 2500 Daniell's Bridge Road, Building 200, Suite 3A, Athens, Georgia 30606.
