NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVE A CORPORATION Notice is hereby given that a Notice of Intent to Dissolve LARRY PITTMAN AND ASSOCIATES, INC., a Georgia corporation with its registered office at 504 Winchester Drive, Augusta, Georgia 30909, will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Business Code. Persons with claims against the corporation should present a written statement showing the amount and the basis for any claims against the corporation to Larry Pittman and Associates, Inc. c/o Steven L. Sanders, Fulcher Hagler LLP, Post Office Box 1477, Augusta, Georgia 30903. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of filing the Notice of Intent to Dissolve or that arise after filing the Notice of Intent to Dissolve, a claim against the corporation not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.
