NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOUNTARILY DISSOLVE A CORPORATION Notice is given that a Notice of Intent to Dissolve Word of Deliverance Ministries of Augusta, Incorporated—a Georgia nonprofit corporation with its registered office at 1079 Hampstead Place, Martinez, GA 30907—will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. Persons with claims against the corporation must present the name of the claimant, the written documents (if any) upon which such claims are founded, and the amount of, nature of, and factual allegations (including alleged date of incident) pertaining to such claims to the Corporation's registered agent, Sharon Blackwell, at 1079 Hampstead Place, Martinez, GA 30907. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Corporation's Notice of Intent to Dissolve or that arise after the filing of the Notice of Intent to Dissolve, a claim against the Corporation not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after publication of the Notice.
