NOTICE OF INTENTION Take notice that G & R Restaurant Group LLC for the premises situated at 177 3rd Avenue Paterson, New Jersey has applied to the Paterson Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the person to person and place to place transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License 1608-33-294-013 heretofore issued to His Twins, Corp.. The license is presently a pocket licensa and same will be transferred to the location of applicant at 177 3rd Avenue Paterson, New Jersey. Hearing on the application shall be on October 8, 2025 at 6:00p.m. at the Paterson ABC Board, City Hall Council Chamber 155 Market Street 3rd floor Paterson, New Jersey Julio A. Gross residing at 777 Roessner Drive Union, New Jersey is the owner of the 100% membership interest in the applicant G & R Restaurant Group LLC.
