NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE In accordance with Title 37, Section 522 and Title 37A, Section 2-141, Capital Beer & Beverage of Oklahoma, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (14911 Quorum Drive, Suite 200, Dallas, Texas 75254) hereby publishes notice of its intention to apply within sixty days from this date to the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission for a Wine & Spirits Wholesaler License under authority of and in compliance with the said Act: That it intends, if granted, such license to operate as a wine and spirits wholesaler establishment with business premises located at 421 North Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma 73107 under the business name of Capital Beer & Beverage of Oklahoma, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.
